All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Payments may be made by bank deposit, PayPal, Australia Post money order or secure credit card payments - Visa and Mastercard accepted.
International orders are welcome. Only Paypal is the accepted form of payment. Please email with your purchase details in order for us to accurately quote the postage.

| Returns and Exchanges
Returns will not be accepted however faulty goods may be returned for refund or exchange for the same item (if available). All products must be returned unused and in the same condition as sold accompanied by original receipt. The customer is responsible for delivering returned products to Fortunes and Fairies by registered post. Patterns and books may not be returned. If you have any queries please phone or email us.

| Postage and Handling
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours if possible upon receipt of payment of your order. If an item is unavailable I will email you and advise you of expected delivery time.
All orders will be shipped using Australia Post, regular mail. Fortunes and Fairies takes no responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they are posted. Should you require insurance please select that option at checkout.
